Hey, Friends!
Have you noticed the countdown to the right? Stitching at the Beach
with PALS is coming soon, and I’m so excited to see old friends and meet new ones! Plus, I love the coast, and this is the most
time I’ll get to spend there this year.
Woo Hoo!!
I wonder if you would consider adding “Follow By
Email” to your blog page. After signing
up, an email comes telling me that you’ve posted so I can hop over to
see what you’re posting.
Is it me, or is there less posting going on during
the summer? In my case, it isn’t that I haven’t been stitching – not a lot of finishing
though. For me that happens when working
on larger projects since I’m a one-at-a-timer.
Did complete my goal of stitching through December on the Word
Plays. Now I’m stitching some mini
pieces for fun. There are several
projects that are pulling me, but haven’t decided which will win. Something autumn/Halloween/thankful...
May 2013 be filled with Happy Stitching!

Beautiful stitching!! Can't wait to see you!!
ReplyDeleteI love that series -- looking good! Have a great time at PALS!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on finishing the Word Plays! Quite an accomplishment, in between those big projects you do! I am definitely looking forward to MB! I've got that 'Follow by Email' think on my blog, but not sure how many people use it. Haven't been posting much because of so many things, but lately have been pretty sick. Hopefully I am on the mend from it all this weekend! Seriously set me back on plans of stitching for MB! Dang! See you soon! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYour word plays look great! Take lots of pictures at the beach. Wish I could be there too. :o)
ReplyDeleteGreat stitchy pics, the word plays look great! Thanks for the prompt to add Follow By Email, I didn't really know it existed but have added it to my blog now, and I quite like it :) Have a wonderful time on your beach trip!
ReplyDeleteThere is less in the summer, I think. I guess people are just busy living! Your wordplay blocks are great. You don't have to wait for a finish. I love seeing WIP!
ReplyDeleteYour Wordplays are terrific! You get a lot done in any season, or at least it looks that way to me.
ReplyDeleteSo ready for the beach too! Great job on finishing your Word Plays... love these designs. Now getting back in the swing of stitching so hope to have lots to post this fall!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great Saturday.... not sure what happened to our fall weather though.
Great job on all of the Word Plays that you have finished! Have a great time at the beach!
ReplyDeleteNovember is really pretty. i am working on July at this time.
ReplyDeleteSweet finish! Have fun with Pals!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on stitching all the word plays, Charlene--they look fantastic. I only did two this year, but hope for more next year :)
ReplyDeleteOh, you'll have a wonderful time with your Pals stitchers--be sure to take lots of photos and tell everyone I said "Hi!"
Wonderful word plays Charlene!! I still need to work on mine! hopefully next year! Have a great time with your Pals!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to know your color changes on the Word Plays. I am working on December and am not happy with some of the colors but I am not good at changing. I'm the same way with recipes, pretty much follow the script!
ReplyDeleteActually, in looking back on your blog, I see you have changed the colors on all the Word Plays you've stitched. Would be you be willing to share your changes?
ReplyDeleteSue,
DeleteI couldn't reply directly to you. You're set for No Reply, so hope you see this here. I wish I could tell you the color substitutions I made. I can tell you that I kept the fibers used in all the months together (pretty much), and when a change was made it was some of those shades. Hope this helps.
This doesn't really help at all but thanks for responding to my question:)
